For over a decade, Christie’s Place has built a staff of experts who are dedicated to strengthening women affected by HIV/AIDS. We continue to be an agent of social change through our commitment to transforming lives by bettering the health and well-being of our clients. Our integrity, expertise, and longstanding foundation in the community, along with the delivery of family-centered and comprehensive social services, cultivates hope and empowers women, children and families impacted by HIV/AIDS.

Our mission statement has always included advocacy as it is a fundamental part of our legacy. Staff, volunteers and clients of Christie’s Place are advocates with diverse skills, experiences and ways in which they make their voices heard. The type and level of advocacy that each woman rises to is unique and different. As an organization, Christie’s Place is involved in a variety of advocacy activities at local, state, national and international levels.
