GOLF REGISTRATION

Play for a purpose at The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe for the Third Annual San Diego HIV Golf Classic on Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Proceeds will benefit HIV research at the UC San Diego AIDS Research Institute, and community services and educational support at Christie’s Place.

Includes four (4) golfer entries, including green fees, golf cart, range balls, arrival gifts, team prizes, opportunity drawings, silent auction 
and dinner.

How to register a Foursome:
If you are registering a Foursome, please give your Foursome a Name, for example—Christie's Team, or UCSD ARI Team, or John Doe's Team, etc. If you are paying the total amount for the Foursome, we will contact you by e-mail for information on your players.

Individual player that is part of a named Foursome:
If you are registering as a single player, but part of a Foursome.
